About Extreme Training

Extreme Training App is designed for women. The Extreme Training programme is structured in such a way as to ensure maximum results in the shortest possible time.

You don't need any physical condition in order to start with the Extreme Training programme. If you are a total beginner and have never trained before, I suggest you to begin with the easiest level NOVICE. If you just gave birth, you can also choose the POSTPREGNANCY PROGRAM, which focuses on the closing of diastasis recti.

Your only task is to repeat after me. I will lead you through the app from one programme to another and you will reach the professional level PROFESSIONAL within one year.

By joining the app, you will get:

1.) More than 90 different training programmes with various difficulty levels – so more than 1,400 different exercises.

2.) 1,825 different healthy-food recipes with the calculated calories intake. You can choose different daily meals for each day in a year, without repeating them. You can also mix the suggested meals (e.g. today's dinner, tomorrow's lunch and yesterday's breakfast) and you will not exceed the recommended daily calories intake. The meal plan consists of healthy food. It is not a diet and is therefore suitable for anyone.

3.) My 24-hour support for all your questions.

4.) I will monitor your personal progress, namely: how many trainings you made, how many calories you burned, how many different exercises you did and of course, how many hours you trained. This is all done by the Extreme Training App at weekly, monthly and annual basis.

5.) I will always train the entire training session with you and will lead you through the entire work-out process; you only have to repeat after me.
