Vokaza is built on one promise: nothing is locked. Every word, every one of the 7 levels, every phrase and every exercise is open from the first second. There is no subscription, no premium tier, no "unlock with a video". The app is paid for by advertising, and that is the whole of it.

WHAT IS INSIDE
• 11,000 English words, with 10,987 translated into English definitions, phonetic transcription and an example sentence
• 240 everyday phrases in 12 situations: greetings, directions, restaurant, hotel, shopping, transport, emergencies and more
• 7 levels built from how often each word is really used in English, not from an arbitrary list
• 21 topics: food, family, body, animals, nature, travel, work, school and the rest
• 5 exercises: discover, choose the word, listen and pick, put the letters in order, and write it

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT
• Everything free. No in-app purchases exist in this app at all - you can check the store listing.
• Works offline. All the content is inside the app; nothing is downloaded, not even at first launch. Airplane mode is enough.
• No account. No sign-up, no email, no password. Your progress stays on your phone and never leaves it.
• A level test that actually places you. Twelve questions, two minutes, and you start where you belong - and every level stays open whatever your score.
• British or American accent, and five speaking speeds, including one slow enough for a real beginner.
• Every mistake shows the right answer, with the word, its translation and its phonetics.
• Spaced repetition that forgives. A wrong answer moves a word down one step, never back to zero.
• Favourites you keep, and a backup file you own - so changing phone does not erase months of work.
• 14 languages, right-to-left Arabic included.

NO PERMISSIONS
Vokaza asks for no microphone, no camera, no contacts and no location. Pronunciation uses the text-to-speech engine already on your phone, so nothing is recorded and nothing is sent anywhere.

ADS, BUT NOT IN YOUR WAY
No banner ever appears during an exercise. A full-screen ad appears at the end of one lesson in three at most, after your score, and never before the fifth time you open the app.
