A personalised 1-1 online fitness coaching service, with features that include:
1-1 CONSULTATION- The consultation is the most important step of the process to elevate you. Your initial 1-1 consultation will help me get to know you as an individual and understand your individual needs and personal goals to create a bespoke plan that is perfect for you.
BESPOKE WORKOUT PLAN- As a client you will be provided with a complete bespoke training plan tailored to your individual needs and personal goals. This plan will not only assist in elevating your fitness but it will develop your knowledge surrounding fitness, you will gain understanding of how to healthily balance your training with your lifestyle and it will teach you to build consistency and accountability with yourself.
NUTRITIONAL ADVICE & GUIDANCE- As a client you will be offered nutritional advice and guidance to go alongside your training plan. Your nutritional guidance from Ellie will promote holistic balance to nourish and fuel your body with energy from the inside out and will ultimately assist in building a healthy, fulfilling lifestyle.
WEEKLY CHECK INS- Your weekly check in will consist of reflection on the week that has been, celebrating small and big wins, understanding areas of struggle and acknowledging how I can improve and support you further as your coach. This is essential to enable progression, accountability, building a resilience and to put your mind at ease. As your coach I will always celebrate your success, support you in every way possible and be your biggest cheerleader.
PERSONALISED DAILY HABIT TRACKER- An additional tailored feature to support you in creating and building healthy habits to endure in your lifestyle and training. Habits are the compound interest of self improvement and the effects of creating healthy habits multiply as you repeat them; ultimately supporting your journey to your achieving personal goals.
DAILY MINDSET CHECK INS- A significant aspect of your fitness/wellness journey that is neglected more often that not is your mindset. I acknowledge that your mind is as important as your health and that building a resilient, strong mindset will be the key to unlocking and pursuing your goals. The daily morning mindset check ins will enhance your morning routine and will support you in increasing the prospect of formulating a winning perspective and achieving long term success.
