Ubisat

Ubisat Mobile is the fleet management application for companies operating with the Ubisat satellite tracking system. From your phone, you can see the current location of each vehicle, its route, and what happened during the day, without needing a computer.

Live Map
Track your entire fleet on a map that updates automatically, without needing to refresh or re-enter. Each vehicle appears with its name, its vehicle type icon, and its current direction. Tap a vehicle to open its individual view: the camera follows it as it moves, with the speed and time of the last report always visible. You can switch between street map and satellite view.

Route History
Select a vehicle and a date range to reconstruct the trip on the map and replay it at different speeds. The route automatically highlights what needs to be reviewed: stops, with the duration of each, and sections where the speed limit was exceeded, with the maximum speed reached in each.

Geofences
Define zones on the map—a plant, a warehouse, the delivery area—and be notified when a vehicle enters or leaves. Geofences are created and edited directly within the app by drawing them on the map with your finger.

Alerts and Notifications
Receive alerts for speeding and for vehicles entering or leaving geofences, including the vehicle and the time of the incident. Tap the notification to go directly to that vehicle's map location. Each company decides which alerts to activate, their priority, and for which vehicles.

Fleet Status at a Glance
The vehicle list shows which vehicles are moving, which are stopped, and which have lost battery power, along with their last known position and how long ago they were reported.

Statistics
Distance traveled, engine hours, fuel consumption and cost, maximum and average speed, number of alerts and speeding violations, for the period you choose.

Administration
Each company's administrators manage their users and invitations, configure alerts, and edit geofences from their phones. All other users have view-only access.
