Pwyso turns two nearby Android phones into a paired field-measurement tool for cattle, sheep, and goats.

Place the lead phone and companion phone on the same local network, link them with a short pairing code, set the distance between cameras, and frame the same animal from both viewpoints. Pwyso synchronizes the shutters, compares the two images, and reconstructs visible body dimensions on the lead phone.

The app reports a weight range instead of presenting a false exact number. Evidence gates check shutter timing, shared visual features, parallax spread, subject coverage, and lighting before a result is accepted. If the images are too weak or the animal does not fit the selected species model, Pwyso refuses to issue a range and explains what needs another capture.

Use known-object calibration to correct a specific phone pair. Review the detected outline before analysis, save accepted measurements to local growth history, and inspect how uncertainty changes between sessions.

Pwyso supports cattle, sheep, and goats with species-specific geometry checks. Camera captures move directly between the paired phones through an authenticated encrypted local connection. Animal records and calibration stay on the lead phone.

Pwyso provides model-based estimates, not certified scale readings. Breed, coat, movement, lighting, occlusion, framing, and calibration can affect results. Use a suitable physical scale or qualified professional whenever an exact weight is needed for treatment, dosing, sale, transport, or another consequential decision.
