Report non-emergency issues to the City of St. Helena & track their resolution!
St. Helena Grapevine makes reporting a non-emergency problem in the City of St. Helena easier than ever! Use Grapevine to report non-emergency issues such as potholes, damaged street signs, sidewalk issues, litter, and more. The service uses an interactive map (GPS) to precisely pinpoint the location of the issue and gives you a menu of common quality-of-life conditions to report a problem. Your request is sent directly to the appropriate City department and you’ll then be able to track the status of your report and be notified when it is completed. You can also view requests from other community members.
Report issues in your neighborhood, get status updates on their resolution, and vote on issues that are important to maintaining our community’s well-being.
