AlexSync is the technician app for companies using AlexSync after-hours dispatch. When a customer calls after hours, Alex answers, creates the job, and dispatches the on-call technician - and this app is where the tech runs the call.

LOCATION
If your company uses AlexSync Live GPS Tracking, the app shares your location with your dispatcher while you are on call or on a job, including in the background, so the company can route the nearest technician to emergency calls and customers get accurate arrival times. Location sharing stops when your shift ends, and is off entirely for companies that do not use Live GPS Tracking.
