About addisca: Dein Mentaltraining

The addisca mental training app offers you evidence-based training for sustainable stress reduction.
In collaboration with the University of Lübeck, our experts have developed a scientifically based training that gives you the path to more mental flexibility and thus gives you full control over your actions in every situation. The aim of our digital training is to strengthen your mental health and at the same time improve your performance and your ability to deal with stressful situations.

Short exercises based on the latest psychological findings will help you. Our metacognitive training sessions are designed to help you gain a deeper insight into your thoughts and thereby achieve more focus and relaxation.

Who is addisca for?
addisca is for everyone who cares about their mental health and performance. Our training sessions are between 2 and 15 minutes long and can be easily integrated into everyday life.

The addisca app offers you the opportunity to flexibly direct your attention and deal with stressful situations confidently. Our tailor-made courses help you stay mentally fit through a better understanding of your own thought patterns.
