Make every interval count with Loop — a clean, flexible timer for workouts, stretching, studying, focus sessions, cooking, breathing exercises, and everyday routines.

Build your perfect Loop

Set active time, rest time, and rounds with second-level precision. Run up to 99 rounds or choose Endless Mode for open-ended sessions. Rest is optional, so Loop works for anything from simple countdowns to structured interval training.

Save and organize routines

Save frequently used setups as presets with a custom name and icon. Mark your favorites, arrange presets in custom icon-based categories, reorder your collection, and start any routine with a simple swipe.

Start from your home screen

Long-press the Loop app icon to launch up to three chosen presets. Add an Android home screen widget for one preset, your favorites, or any preset category. Widget designs automatically match light and dark mode.

Stay on track

Loop continues in the background with an ongoing Android notification. See the current phase and remaining time, then pause, resume, add 10 seconds, or subtract 10 seconds without reopening the app. Optional Picture-in-Picture keeps a compact timer visible above other apps.

Adjust as you go

Pause or resume at any time, change the remaining time during a session, and finish your Loop with a deliberate swipe gesture.

Review your session

After completing a Loop, review the total duration, active time, rest time, and completed rounds.

Private by design

Loop has no accounts, advertising, analytics, cloud synchronization, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Timer values, presets, categories, and settings are stored locally in Android app storage.

Available in eight languages

Loop supports English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Polish, and Indonesian. It can follow your device language automatically or use the language you choose in the app.
