Levels
Workout Freak includes 3 levels for every Workout that are
- Beginner Level
- Intermediate Level
- Advance Level
~ In beginner level all the workouts are arranged for a person that has just started Workout. The purpose of this level is to provide only those exercises that are easy to do and mostly are used as warmup.
~ In intermediate level all workouts are arranged for a person who has consumed his time in workout before and workouts are relatively harder than beginner level.
~ In advance level are the workouts are arranged for a person who is specialized in workouts.
~ In full body workout you can also select the push-up level provided in the menu at the top right corner. If you are a beginner then select the beginner level and it will show you the push-ups accordingly and if you increase the level the number of push-ups will also increase.
More Options
You can select time of rest manually. Also you can set reminders of your free time on which the app will remind you to do Workout. You can also set goal of the days on which you want to do the workout.
There are other shoulder exercises in the discover more option. These exercises need equipment like dumbbells. If you have dumbbells you can get wider shoulders with these exercises. These exercises also have 3 levels of 14,18 and 26 minutes respectively.
