Completing small, attainable tasks can give your mood a little boost. Use this app to compile yourself a pile of tasks that are sure to make you feel better on a gray kind of day - a “happy pile”, and then draw from your tasks at random.

In addition to the tasks in your happy pile, you can track daily habits that are essential for your good mood.

By recording your mood when completing tasks and daily habits, you can get insight into the impact they are having on your mood.
