About Launchsite OS

LaunchSite OS is the client app for people working one-on-one with a functional health coach. It puts your entire coaching program in one place — your check-ins, supplement schedule, nutrition, training, progress, and direct messaging with your coach — so you always know your next step.

Note: LaunchSite OS is used together with a coach. Your coach sets up your account and invites you, then builds your personalized program inside the app.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Complete check-ins — Answer your coach's check-in questions, log how you're feeling, and track symptoms and daily metrics over time.

• Follow your supplement schedule — See exactly what to take and when, with a clear daily checklist your coach keeps up to date.

• Stay on plan with nutrition & training — View the meal guidance and training your coach assigns, and log your progress.

• Track your progress — Add progress photos and watch your trends and wellness "system status" evolve week to week.

• Message your coach — Send text and voice messages and get guidance between sessions.

• Sync Apple Health (optional) — Connect Apple Health to share daily totals like steps, sleep, resting heart rate, and heart-rate variability so you and your coach can see the full picture.

• Book sessions & get reminders — Schedule calls and receive notifications when your coach updates your plan.

LaunchSite OS is built around the idea that how you feel is the output of what's happening upstream in the body. Your coach uses the app to look beyond symptoms and support the systems underneath — so your program is personalized to you, not a one-size-fits-all template.

YOUR DATA, PROTECTED

Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, private to you and your coach, and never sold. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings, or request deletion at [email protected].
