WE BELIEVE FITNESS, GOOD NUTRITION, AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE HABITS ARE THE THREE MAIN COMPONENTS TO BETTERING YOUR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH.


Kona Nutrition offers a variety of programs where you work directly with a licensed registered dietitian to learn how to eat for YOUR BODY. During each program, a registered dietitian will evaluate your nutritional status and find the best way to guide you towards nutritional wellbeing and longevity. We are capable of managing any medical conditions such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease, kidney disease, etc. Our team is licensed, credentialed, experienced, and motivated to ensure your success.


You can't outsmart biology, so we offer 4 week, 8 week, and 12 week programs based on what timeframe your dietitian recommends for you to reach your specific needs and goals. After the program is complete, we transition you into our "accountability program" where your dietitian will continue to work with you, guide you, and monitor your progress at a low monthly cost for as long as you would like as you continue your health journey. Whether your goal is weight loss, energy balance/improvement, muscle building, adhering to a diet your doctor recommended, or competition prep, we have you covered.
