‘Medica Reminder’ is a brand-new, well-organized health and wellness app which will assist users in remembering to take their medications as directed by their doctors and in tracking the progress. ‘Medica Reminder’ helps users to save their medical records digitally and paper free, as all the previous records will be available on one click. ‘Medica Reminder’ will help patients/users to receive notifications for alarms and appointments. First AID diseases and complications sections are added so that users can view the information/videos. In the event, the patient misses the notification, the caregiver will also be informed of the doctor's appointment and medicine dosage as the app can also be linked to caretaker’s phone. A built-in customizable diary allows users of Medica Reminder to record medical information and other significant notes. The software also offers the user a functionality to enter past and present records of doctor's appointments and also receive notifications for upcoming appointments. The future version of ‘Medica Reminder’ will have the functionality to connect the app with various hospitals as well as the creation of a community platform where patients and physicians can interact with each other regarding different diseases.
