About Passion Fitness Training

When you want to change your body, you need to change your lifestyle. No one understands that more than we do. We are experts in helping people make sustainable changes to transform their health and fitness. That is why we built an app that teaches you not only how to exercise and eat healthy, but how to make changes from the inside out. That starts with your overall mindset.

We have performed huge body transformations for thousands of people, by helping simply helping them make sustainable lasting changes to their lifestyle. These changes must be changes that are compatible with your individual goals. We guide you by giving you individualized one on one attention on a weekly basis. We dig into the things that you're struggling with, and celebrate your victories! We help you with goal setting so that you can be better than you were last week.

We work with top performers (athletes, fitness competitors) who want to bring it to the next level, down to the average Jo and Jane who want to trim up around the edges, have overall better health and that simply want to have more energy.

When you sign up for our program you will receive but are not limited to:

- 2 different eating out guides to keep you on point

- A list of delicious high protein snacks under 200 calories

- A fitness travel guide/ travel workouts

- Daily accountability through app messaging

- MyFitnessPal integration with the app so we can see exactly what you eat (calories, macros)

- Weekly progress pictures through the app, to compare progress on a weekly basis

- Measurement chart to track your progress, inches lost, and weight lost

- A daily schedule so that you can see what you need to do on daily basis

- Weekly motivational videos and emails

- A weekly reflection questionnaire to grade yourself on a regular basis for self improvement
