ZenSched

ZenSched is a field workforce scheduling and time tracking app for workers. See your assigned shifts, check in and out at the job site, complete forms, and review your timesheet — including when you are offline.

This app is for workers invited by their employer. If you do not have an account, check your email for an invite, create your account from the setup link, then enter your activation code to join your organization.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD

ZenSched is offline-first. You can keep working without a connection; your punches and updates sync when you are back online.

Location is used to confirm check-in and check-out at the scheduled worksite. If you opt in to on-site reminders, ZenSched can also remind you to punch when you arrive or leave — using low-power site geofences, not all-day GPS tracking.
