I focus on an individual as a whole- physically, emotionally, spiritually. We will work together to find balance and joy in your life once again while focusing on nutrition and fitness to find your confidence on the way. I work online or in person 1:1 or have options for a self-paced program if you prefer! As a mother of four sons, I have been thru emotional eating, obesity, post-partum depression, illness, and many other obstacles that I can help you with!
