Scan-IT to Office is a smart app for mobile data acquisition and barcode scanning in real-time. The solution transfers remotely collected data via cloud-services directly to PC, Mac or cloud applications. This works wireless and regardless of your location. Time-consuming copy/paste or export/import tasks are not required.

VERSATILE
This solution is an elegant alternative to conventional barcode scanners or dedicated mobile data collection equipment. Besides remote barcode scanning it supports fully customizable input forms with multiple barcode fields, text recognition (OCR), manual inputs, camera images, geolocations and more. It easily covers requirements like stocktaking, check-in/check-out, attendee tracking, picking, field services etc.

SIMPLE
Scan-IT to Office is ready to use in a few steps: Install complementary software (available for free, see below) on your server or desktop computer and pair it with the app by scanning a QR code. Now the data transfer works on its own, Scan-IT to Office forwards remotely captured data immediately to targets like:

To enable data acquisition functionality in your target application you need to install complementary and free Scan-IT to Office software on your desktop computer:

◾ Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word: Insert the Scan-it to Office Add-In into Excel/Word (see Insert - Store) or get it from Microsoft AppSource.
◾ Google Sheets: Install the Scan-IT to Office Add-On in Google Sheets (see Add-ons - Get add-ons) or from G Suite Marketplace
◾ Google Chrome: Install the Scan-IT to Office Chrome Extension from Chrome Web Store
◾ SQL Databases: The Smart Database Connector stores remotely collected data directly in databases: Download from TEC-IT.
◾ Arbitrary PC/Mac Desktop Apps: The Smart Keyboard Wedge injects remotely collected data into arbitrary PC or Mac applications, the data appears like manually typed: Download from TEC-IT.
