Sedum 'Red Cauli' is maybe our favorite Sedum. A vibrant carousel of colour and a neat compact visage earned this popular Sedum the RHS Garden Merit award in 2006 and a place in many of our borders. Flashy cardinal-hued arching stems and notched blue-green succulent leaves with purple tinges elevate pale rosy buds and bright pink clustered flowers, which age to a dark ruby red.
Plant Details
Mid-height selection featuring red stems and burgundy tinged leaves. Prolific flower clusters open pink and quickly deepen to ruby. This Sedum is one of the darkest forms and closest to a true red flower. An outstanding plant all season.

Sedum are grown for their distinctive fleshy foliage. They are available in a wide range of shapes and sizes - upright and groundcovers. A reliable, hardy and easy-to-grow perennial. Star-shaped flowers are usually in clusters or sprays that often change color throughout their bloom time.
Sedum Plant Care
Sedum prefer full sun and average to poor well-drained soil. Can be divided in spring. No need to deadhead during the growing season. Cut back in early spring, as new growth will come from the ground, first appearing as little nuggets pushing up through the soil.
