We live a busy life, built from a stream of ongoing daily events. Yet, the existing communication and messaging apps in the market today were neither designed nor built to handle these events' information and communication in an effective, structured, and collaborative way.

Settoo was built exactly for that.

With Settoo, operating your busy life will be much easier and more efficient. We designed Settoo to help in sharing, updating, and consuming all these pieces of information in a smart and structured way. In one click you will be able to find the most relevant information and dive into specific aspects of the event to get the extra information you need.

MANAGED EVENTS
Events are at the core of Settoo. Now, you can organize all the information, collaboration, and real-time updates of a specific event, in one place. No matter whether you are the event admin or a participant, all the information and the required action items will appear in the context of the event.

SMART TIMELINE
Multiple events mean potential clashes, required coordination, and endless logistics. Settoo Timeline will help to get visibility on all of your events, whether in a calendar view or timeline view. This will allow you to better plan your coming weeks and to make sure you don't miss any upcoming events. Calendar and Organizer are the basic elements that are used in Settoo.

REAL-TIME UPDATES
The nature of events is that they are changing all the time, whether it is the location, start/end hours, things to bring, and more. By being notified of these important changes or updates, you can be sure that no critical information skips your attention, and at the same time, you won't be flooded with irrelevant notifications. These updates will allow you to create your tasks and to-do lists regarding the event.

OPERATIONAL CHAT
By structuring most of the event information, we have managed to significantly reduce the number of text messages that need to be sent to the event participants, so the chat will only be used to share important updates.

FILTERING LABELS
Create your own private labels that will allow you to filter your events. Filters can be anything you choose. They are private and only you can define, see and use them.

CONTENT LIBRARY
All the event content, such as images and videos, will be saved under the event in the app. No need to scroll up and down again in your image library to find a photo or a video from a specific event.

No matter if you are the event admin or a participant, Settoo will help you in facilitating the event by recommending relevant offers for the event. Offers may include service providers, special gifts, and much more. A single click can take this task off your mind.

Unlike the existing textual messaging apps such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Messenger, which were built for textual based communication between people, and unlike the mail, notes, and to-do apps that were built as productivity tools for a single person, Settoo was built with the initial thinking of how we create operational communication by covering every aspect around our daily events and activities, how we spare precious time in looking for related information and how our users will get the confidence and peace that they will never miss an important update again.

We developed Settoo because we felt that way ourselves - we were stressed, we missed updates of upcoming events and we knew there must be a better way to run our life.
