The dashboard gives you a real-time summary as jobs are reported and inspections fall due. All of your rental and sale properties are available in the app alongside complete owner and tenant contact details so you can make a call or compose an email with just a tap. Track every job from the time it is reported through to authorisation, supplier assignment (if required) and completion. As a job changes status, automatic messages and notifications are triggered to tenants, owners and suppliers that you can preview and approve before sending.

Preparing inspection reports couldn’t be easier. The app preselects the areas for each property, which you can customise if necessary, and then records your comments (using dictation if you wish) along with any number of photos for each area. Nominate a rent review amount, specify any follow-up actions and recommendations for the owner and then tap to publish the report right from the device. All data is synchronised automatically to PropertyMe in the cloud, so if you’d prefer to edit the report on a computer before publishing it, it will be ready and waiting for you either back at the office or anywhere you like to work.
