About Calculate your 1RM

Calculate your 1RM and percentages with the most known formulas.

1RM is the specific resistance that allows you to make only one repetition in an exercise. Determines your strength and power at a particular time. Knowing your 1RM will help you know how much weight you can lift for a given number of repetitions, it can also be used to check changes between measurements to know if the training is being effective or not.

To calculate your 1RM you need to know how much weight you can lift and how many reps you can do in a particular exercise, it is advisable to perform the calculation with less than 12 repetitions, because from there the calculations become less reliable.

Formulas used in this application:

-Epley
