Hub Incharge App

Hub Incharge App is a companion field application built for Hub Incharges (HIs) to log and manage vehicle and driver duty details at logistics hubs — covering first mile, mid mile, and last mile operations.

The app is designed to work alongside the Intugine platform and is not intended to be used as a standalone application.

KEY FEATURES

- Odometer Digitisation: Digitally capture and record odometer readings at the start and end of each duty, replacing manual paper-based logs.

- Intelligent Auto ODO Capture: Automatically detect and capture odometer readings using the app, reducing manual entry errors and saving time.

- Dwell Time Tracking: Log the time a driver spends from arrival at the hub to dispatch, as well as time spent during unloading operations.

- Duty-wise Trip Recording: Record the total time spent and distance travelled for a specific vehicle and driver combination over the course of a duty.

- Vehicle & Driver Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle-driver assignments for each duty at the hub.

This app helps hub teams improve visibility into vehicle turnaround times, driver productivity, and overall hub efficiency — supporting better decision-making across the logistics network.
