Eztrak App

EZTRAK is the field companion to the EZTRAK material management platform. It gives
yard crews and field technicians one tool for moving turnaround material and
reporting on its installation — without paper counts, radio calls, or a walk back
to the trailer.

Sign in with your company account, pick a module, and go.


FLOW — MATERIAL MOVEMENT IN THE YARD

• Stage material — move received material into a yard location.
• Restage material — move already-staged material to a new location.
• Issue material — issue material out to a named end user.
• Every movement runs the same guided path: material manager PIN, purchase order,
item quantities, then a review screen before anything is committed.
• Scan a barcode or type a purchase order number.
• Verify quantities line by line. Available quantity is shown on every row, and
the app will not let you take more than the yard actually holds.
• Reservations and Onsite tabs show what has been set aside and what is already
in the yard.


FLOW UPLOAD — PHOTOS AND MILL TEST REPORTS

• Search a purchase order and select the items you need to document.
• Attach photos from the camera or the gallery, and MTR documents per item.
• Capture works with no connection at all. Batches are held on the device.
• Review the offline queue, drop what you do not need, and sync the rest in one
action when you have signal again.


PILOT — TURNAROUND STATUS IN THE FIELD

• Find a turnaround record (TWR) by scanning a barcode or entering the number.
• See every package on the record: unit, equipment, line number, and BOM
completion percentage.
• Update Field Status as material goes in.
• Update QA Status where your role permits it.
• Check status history to see what changed and when.
• Review the field materials assigned to a record.


BUILT FOR THE CONDITIONS

• Works offline. Purchase order data is cached on the device, and captured work
is queued locally until a connection returns.
• Large touch targets and high-contrast type, for gloved hands and daylight.
• Every committing step sits behind a review screen.


ACCESS

EZTRAK is a business application. You need an account issued by your employer,
and your organisation must be an EZTRAK customer. There is no public sign-up, and
the app will not do anything useful without a tenant. Speak to your material
management team or your EZTRAK administrator to get access.
