WHAT BIDDL DOES

• Capture the job in your own words. Speak your notes, snap a few photos, or drop in a PDF from the customer. biddl handles the transcription and pulls the important details out for you.

• Get an AI-drafted proposal in seconds. Three options — Good, Better, and Best — with pricing, scope, timeline, assumptions, and warranty language pre-filled from your business profile. No blank page. No formatting for an hour.

• Edit and send. Tweak the wording, adjust line items, drop your logo in the header, and share a branded PDF or a mobile-friendly web link the client can open on any device.

• Close in-app. Clients sign, approve, and comment right from their phone. You'll see the status change to "Approved" the moment it happens.

• Get paid. Stripe Connect (optional) lets you collect the deposit or the balance directly through biddl — no separate invoicing tool.

• Run the job. Track status from lead to signed to in-progress to paid. Restore old jobs, archive completed ones, and keep every photo, note, and document in one place.
