luuku

luuku is a cloud-based visitor counting system that automatically counts the entrances and exits of your stores using cameras. This application is for managers and store supervisors of companies using the luuku service.

LIVE PANEL
See the real-time status of your stores on a single screen: daily entries, exits, and the number of people currently inside. The store breakdown shows the status of each branch at a glance.

REPORTS
Hourly and daily distribution graphs for today, yesterday, the last 7 days, and the last 30 days. Select region or single store breakdown. Export the report as a CSV and share it via email or message.

CAMERAS
View the counting status of your cameras (counting, stopped, line undefined) and open a single snapshot. The counting line is drawn on the image on the server.

BUG NOTIFICATIONS
You will receive a notification on your phone when a camera stops counting or loses connection. Missed counts are noticed within minutes, not hours. Only such alerts are sent; We do not send marketing notifications.

SCREENS BY AUTHORIZATION
Each user only sees the screens and stores assigned to them. The regional manager sees their region, the store manager sees their store. The administrator can also view hierarchy, users, accuracy checks, and package information.

ACCURACY CHECK
The accuracy of the count can be measured: you can see the results of the checks performed, the accuracy percentage, and the entry/exit balance deviation from the application.

PRIVACY
No person recognition is done from cameras, and no image recording is kept. Only anonymous entry/exit counts are processed. The application does not access your device's camera, location, contacts, or files.

SETUP
A luuku account is required for use. You can create a new workspace for your company from the "Create Account" screen within the application or request a user from your administrator.
