ZPayDay is the app that allows employees to enter the main data related to their work activity from their mobile phone.

The ZPayDay app is in fact intended for employees of companies that already use the Zucchetti Web Payroll software for payroll processing and do not have a dedicated system for Time and Attendance Management or Expense Sheets Management.

How does the ZPayDay App work?
With the ZPayDay app , employees can conveniently enter work-related data (hours worked, overtime and vacations) from a smartphone and have some of the typical functions of the HR Portal available from a mobile device:

• view their payslip;
• receive communications published by the company;
• complete the Health Check questionnaire for self-assessment of their health status.

ZPayDay has an intuitive Dashboard, which streamlines completion tasks for employees and simplifies the payroll processing tasks of the company or the concerned payroll service provider; thanks to full integration with Web Payroll in fact, the data entered from a mobile device will be automatically imported into the procedure, ready to be checked by those who deal with the processing of payroll.

The ZPayDay app is addressed to employees of companies that already use Zucchetti Web Payroll software for payroll processing and want a mobile solution to optimize the payroll processing process, reducing the time and risk of error caused by manual data entry.

Operational notes
In order for the application to work properly, the Company must have previously activated the Zucchetti Web Payroll solution (version 05.28.00 or higher) and the HR Portal (version 08.06.00 or higher) enabling individual workers to use it.
