The Carmel Access Bikeway system (C.A.B.) is a network of city streets, multi-use paths, and bike lanes that allows riders of all skill levels to get out and enjoy Carmel on their bikes. The system coordinates of “loops” and “express routes” for cyclists to use. The five loops are geared toward recreational rides and highlight Carmel’s amenities and neighborhoods. The express routes are intended to help cyclists get from one place to another within the community and link the loops. If you don’t own a bike you can rent one using the Carmel Bike Share through Zagster.
