myMD enables patients to take charge of their health. They can monitor their day-to-day activities, request care, keep track of their vital readings like blood pressure, heart rate etc., request assistance from their care community, manage their medications and connect to the care provider network through secure multi-party video calls. Physicians, home care companies, and care managers around the world use the mobile functionality of our app to keep an eye on their patients, monitor them, keep them engaged and always be available through telehealth, messaging, and instant video calls. Vitals-

◦ Your physician monitors your readings and will adjust the care plan accordingly

Request Care-
