Excitement is in the air as we transition into some exciting changes at the studio this summer! In addition to continuing to offer our HUGE variety of group fitness classes, we have now added athletic training to our primary service offerings!

We couldn’t be more excited about this evolution! The importance of YOUTH Athletic Training is on the Rise, and our team and studio is positioned to offer amazing training experiences for all young athletes in our area! SOUL ATHLETICS (formerly known as SoulPower Fitness) now offers complete in-depth training systems and programs that will help to level-up your young athlete in all areas of sports development including speed/agility, power & strength, mobility & stability. Also note that for our members and group fitness participants, our class schedule will be remaining the same and there will be no disruption to any group fitness classes! Our purpose at Soul Athletics remains the same - We Move Together! Continue to wear the feather!! The heart & soul of where we began!! Heck ya keep wearing your soulpower gear!!
