Buya Tarmizi

Buya Tarmizi is the founder, caregiver and coach of the Indonesian Alkautsar Council.

The Alkautsar Assembly is an assembly of knowledge whose principle is ittibâ' following the Koran and the sunnah, the basis of which is sidqul iftiqôr (really feeling the need for Allah) and syuhûdul minnah (witnessing that everything is a gift from God).

This assembly follows ittiba' manshûsh in a special way and perfects all the basics (ushûl) to speed up wushûl. The Alkautsar Assembly goes beyond simply following the Quran and Sunnah in general by studying the laws of dhohir.

Broadly speaking, the Alkautsar Assembly is as follows:

- Maintain the times that Allah has given and use that time to worship and draw closer to Him.

- Istiqomah is present in assemblies of knowledge and halaqah that can remind oneself of Allah.

- Have good morals, stay away from fame, leave useless things, and eliminate all attributes except goodness attributes.

- Get used to dhikr, especially dhikr-dhikr Nafi Itsbat according to the limits of his ability.

- Always and always intends to attend Tawadhu and Itikaf which are full of dhikr, especially those that contain elements of reminding oneself and surrendering to Allah.

- Embedding Islamic teachings in the fields of aqidah, worship, morality, and muamalah which are sourced from the Word of Allah SWT and the words of the Prophet Muhammad.

- Increasing Islamic insight so that they become uswatun hasanah for families and communities.

- Strengthening friendship, cooperation and cohesiveness among the people in order to strengthen ukhuwah Islamiyah.

- Preventing the spread of negative influences from foreign cultures that can damage the morale of the younger generation by carrying out halaqah remembrance and scientific studies

- Fostering and instilling positive things in the people in order to create quality Islamic Human Resources.

- Develop cooperation with various parties in reminding each other not to deviate from Islamic teachings.
