About SAM Mobile App
The SAM Mobile App is the tool dedicated to field technicians for managing technical support interventions.
With the app, you can:
- View assigned support tickets and their details;
- View the end customer's location on a map;
- Accept or decline a service;
- Collect the customer's signature at the end of the service;
- Take a photo and attach it directly to the ticket, or attach a file already stored on the device;
- Automatically generate and send the service report in PDF format;
- View and download attachments linked to the ticket;
- Close the ticket directly from your mobile device.
The app is reserved for authorized technical personnel and requires an account and license key provided by the company using SAM.
