What you get:
- Three languages (English, Russian, Uzbek) with one-tap switching
- Saved payees, so a repeat bill comes back pre-filled instead of re-typed
- A downloadable PDF receipt for every payment
- Card details are entered on the acquiring bank's own page - PayBills only ever receives the card brand and the last four digits
- Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure); that decision is the card issuer's
- Saved payee details are encrypted with AES-256 at rest

Pricing: the bill plus a small commission, shown before you confirm - never after. Payments in a foreign currency are converted at the exchange rate we apply, which includes our margin, and nothing is added afterwards. Paying from inside Uzbekistan, you are charged exactly the amount of the bill: no commission and no conversion. New accounts pay no commission for an introductory period; the current terms are shown in the app before your first payment.
