We’ve been busy building a new customer platform to make things better for you. You’re already on this new platform and as part of this, we’re creating a new app.
We're carrying out market research on our new app and we'd really like your feedback. This will help us to shape the service we offer in the future.
What you need to do:
Just install the app and use it to manage your energy account like you usually would.
In the App you’ll be able to:
• Manage your account balance
• View recent transactions and bills
• Make a payment
• Submit a meter reading
In the future you’ll be able to:
• Adjust your Direct Debit
• View your energy usage and cost breakdowns
• Manage multiple energy accounts
We’re expecting there to be issues along the way. So if you have any problems, you don’t need to call or email us. You can give us feedback in the app, just click the menu icon in the home screen. Or we’ll send you the survey at the end.
If you’ve not logged onto our website previously, you may not be able to log into this app right now. If you don’t manage to successfully download the app or login, unfortunately, this means you won’t be able to help us test this right now.
