About I'm Healthy

IM-HEALTHY is a programme by Lions Befrienders to promote preventive health through empowering seniors and their next of kin with information of their health vital signs and measurements.

These vital measurements include blood pressure, heart rate, weight, BMI, bone mass, muscle mass and body fat.

To achieve this, the seniors are provided with a blood pressure machine and body composition weighing scale. Using these machines, the measurements will be automatically recorded and reflected in the IM-HEALTHY app, including trending of data up to 6 months.

Armed with this data, we hope that the seniors will have a better understanding of their health and take preventive actions to remain active and healthy in the community.
