About PRISM Diabetes

PRISM is an analytics package that helps you succeed in your diabetes journey. It supercharges your Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) data, identifying key patterns in your data and generating opportunities to improve your blood sugar control while working with your care team. This version supports data EXPORTED from the Dexcom and FreeStyle Libre series of CGMs via their websites. Other CGM tools will be supported in later releases.

A typical patient visit with a doctor lasts less than 15 minutes.

A year of blood glucose data contains over 30,000 data points.

PRISM closes the gap between the continuous glucose monitor (CGM) data you collect and the healing insights that you need to gain control over diabetes. PRISM provides you these key elements:
