Are you sick of yo-yo dieting, meal plans that don’t work long-term and punishing workout routines? …because honestly, same.

My story as a coach began out of a deep unhappiness within my own life a few years ago. I felt unhealthy and stuck in a cycle of destructive habits that were holding me back from fulfilling the potential I knew I was capable of.

When I first started working out at the age of 25, I felt like a square peg trying to fit into the online fitness and health sphere. I never grew up sporty and I struggled with binge eating and drinking for over a decade of my life. I spent most of my life unhappy and yo-yoing with my weight, embarrassed by my inability to just commit as I fast approached my 30s, heavier and more miserable than ever.

Now, I am the healthiest and happiest I have ever been in my life. I honestly have to pinch myself everyday that my job is now to help other people who feel just as stuck as I did, improve their health, build their confidence and live the lives they’ve always wanted (and that they deserve).

So how do we at the LD Coaching team help you do this?

The LD Coaching app is a 1:1 health coaching programme, designed to help you look and feel your absolute best. Unlike other coaching programmes, the app is focused on sustainability, and as a result the plans are written to set you up for life, so that you can achieve your goals and maintain the results.

Within your coaching you will receive a fitness plan, which will be completely bespoke to your goals, preferences, access to equipment, schedule and more. Plans can be created for at home workouts if you prefer, or in the gym. Each plan is centred around my own hybrid training style, which includes resistance training, low impact cardio and weekly Pilates classes.

You will also receive a whole foods meal plan that will be designed by nutritionists and personalised to your eating preferences, intolerances, allergies and more. I will take into account your goals so that I can provide you with meals that fit into your lifestyle, and that you actually enjoy. There is also the option to have a more flexible/intuitive approach if you find meal plans challenging.

Every week you will have the opportunity to submit a check in so that I can assess your progress and see if the plan is working for you. After each check in you will receive constructive feedback so that you can continue your coaching and the week ahead feeling positive.

Our goal is to ensure that you feel continuously supported throughout your coaching journey. To help with this, there is a daily chat option on the app, which will be monitored by your assigned coach. There is the option to send voice notes, pictures and videos on the chat too.
