After doing a Rockport Fitness Walking Test, then obtained the result of time in minutes and heart rate that must be incorporated into this application.

1. Name
2. Age
3. Gender
4. Weight (Kg)
5. Time in minutes
6. Heart rate after test in 1 minutes

If you want to store data that has been calculated, please click SAVE button.
If you want to delete data that has been entered on the data input page please click CLEAR button.
If you want to see the data that has been saved before please click the DATA button.
