- (Think again) This program is based on the principles of Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), which is used in clinical psychology. It is a mobile program that allows counselors to set their own thoughts during offline counseling. It is a program that induces objectification in order of situation / emotion / thought about the stress inducing situation and induces understanding of the way of thinking and behavior.
