We created an inspirational user experience for you to have fun while putting your health knowledge into action.

How it works

First, you start to take pictures & to assess of all your meals. You don't need to make any change to your eating habits or food choices when you start. We recommend you begin with the way things are at the moment.

Week 1 - Portion
During the first week, you learn how you could improve your balance on your plate based on the "hearts" you get for your meals.

Week 2 - Hunger
The second week we focus on hunger. What does the feeling of hunger teach you?

Week 3 - Portion Size
Week three, we talk about portion size. How to find yourself the right portion size?

Week 4 - The mind
In the last week of the coaching process, we focus on the mind. What roles does your mind play in the eating habit change?

After you have finished with all levels & meters during the 4-week coaching process, you have all the tools in your use. Then you can keep on using them to implement all your health knowledge into daily routines. It probably takes more than 4-weeks to build permanent balance.

After you've been using the app for 4 weeks or more:

- We know you are eating more balanced
- You are more energetic
- You are happy that you finally found support that was both practical and motivating
- You are feeling, "Yes, I can do this."
- You are eating more vegetables
- You have probably lost a few pounds or more
- You see food as your supporter, not your enemy
- You are not hungry anymore
- You are not snacking mindlessly

The coaching process is NOT for you:

- If you have an eating disorder
- You are athletic
- You absolutely want to do Keto or extremely low carb diet
- If you want a short term diet & weight loss
