About GoLow

We have a goal - to make it easy for everyone to reduce their climate impact. That is why we have created GoLow. Together, we can quickly make a significant and measurable positive difference to climate change.

Knowledge
The first step towards reducing your climate footprint is to understand it. When you use GoLow, you can quickly and easily calculate your climate footprint and see what affects your emissions the most. Everywhere in the app there are smart features that allow you to learn more step by step. For example, in each individual question you can find out how a certain choice affects CO2 emissions. This way, you learn which habits you can change to get the greatest climate effect. Often a climate-smart choice is also a healthy choice.

The app adapts to the user
In order for the app to be as relevant to you as possible, we have built it so that it adapts to the user. Advice, tips and challenges on climate-smart choices are suggested based on how you use the app and answer questions. This will make it easier for you and you can quickly make a significant difference. And do not worry, you are completely anonymous. No personal information is stored about you and you do not need an account to log in. Just get started.

Dynamic challenges
In the app, you can take on climate-smart challenges to test a more sustainable lifestyle. The challenges are dynamic, which means that you choose how long and how much you want to test an alternative. If you pass a challenge, you will win medals that you can proudly share with your friends to show what you do for the climate.

Everyone can participate.
We think it´s important to include everyone. It's a challenge when building an app. We have developed the app so that it adapts to the user in many different ways, including age. If you belong to the younger generation, the questions are adapted so that they become more relevant and motivating.

Do it together
Reducing your climate footprint is not as complicated as many people think, and, in addition, you're not alone. In the app, you can see and compare yourself with others, create or participate in groups, share your results or look out over the world and see what it looks like in your surroundings or around our planet.

Contribute to large-scale conversion
It is important to start with yourself and your own choices. But for those who want to do even more for a sustainable future it is also possible to contribute further. In the app, you can directly contribute to important climate projects around the world by using our function for climate investments. There, we direct investments to large-scale conversion projects that make a big difference.
