It depends on terrain, access, and utilities. SiteX estimates major site-work costs for the parcel and layout you create.

Where does the parcel data come from?
SiteX indexes 161 million parcels from county records nationwide. Planning and site-cost tools cover 49 states; Hawaii is not yet supported for those features.
