TJS Portal is the mobile app for clients and staff of Terrance Private Investigator & Associates. Access is by invitation only — accounts are issued by our office, and there is no public sign-up.

FOR CLIENTS

Follow your case without having to chase anyone for an update. See where your matter stands, read updates from the team as they are posted, message your investigator directly, view your agreement and invoices, and download your report the moment it is released.

FOR INVESTIGATORS AND STAFF

Work your cases from the field. Review what has been assigned to you, accept an assignment and its confidentiality terms, and file field logs as you go — with photographs from the camera and the location stamped on the entry as you record it.

Field logs can be written with no signal. Entries are held securely on the device and sent automatically once you are back in range, so an observation is recorded at the time it happens rather than from memory hours later.

Managers can review reports, track tasks and see the team's calendar.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Investigation work is confidential, and the app is built accordingly. Everything travels over an encrypted connection, your session is held in the device keychain and can be revoked by the office at any time, and each person sees only the cases they are party to.

An account from Terrance Private Investigator & Associates is required to sign in. If you are a client and do not yet have access, contact our office and we will set it up for you.
