FFWEB is a comprehensive digital fire department management system for daily operations. Members, officers, and administrators access the specific areas their fire department has authorized for them via their smartphones.

Vehicles are managed with current status, reservations, maintenance, inspection intervals, defects, documents, and responsibilities. Members can instantly see which vehicles are available, reserved, dispatched, or out of service. Responsible personnel can be automatically reminded of upcoming maintenance and inspections via push notification.

In the area of ​​respiratory protection, breathing apparatus wearers, fitness for duty, medical examinations, performance tests, validity periods, masks, and other relevant data are centrally managed. Four weeks before important deadlines, affected breathing apparatus wearers and responsible personnel can be notified weekly via push notification. This ensures that everyone can see at a glance who is active, who has an examination or performance test scheduled, and which deadlines are approaching.

Drills and appointments are displayed directly on mobile devices. Members can RSVP, and those in charge can see participants and pending responses. Changes and reminders can be automatically sent to the appropriate people via push notification.

Fire safety watches can be planned with regard to personnel requirements, qualifications, start and end dates, location, and specifications. Members register their interest, those responsible assign personnel, and open positions or missing roles remain visible.

Equipment, storage locations, inventory, inspection deadlines, defects, and maintenance are managed digitally. Barcodes support quick scanning directly with the smartphone camera. Due inspections and maintenance can trigger push notifications to responsible personnel.

Additional features include location and map functions, hydrants and relevant map points, internal messages and news, documents, checklists, tasks, reservations, fire station attendance, training, youth and parent areas, driving authorizations, loading plans, surveys, inventory management, incident and training reports, and other activated modules.

FFWEB operates with a flexible access control system. Members only see the functions and information they actually need. Changes are available on PCs, tablets, and smartphones in the same up-to-date format.

Access is granted via the fire department's code and personal login credentials. User accounts and permissions are managed by the respective fire department.
