About MGS Manager

MGS Manager is the field app for MGS Supply & Services crews, supervisors and clients. It is an internal workforce tool: accounts are issued by MGS administrators and there is no public sign-up.

FOR CLEANING CREWS
- See today's shifts, site notes and access instructions before you arrive
- Clock in and out on site, with location captured to confirm you were there
- Work the checklist for the building you are in, area by area
- Report an incident with photos the moment it happens
- Request supplies without making a phone call
- Message your supervisor in English or Spanish

FOR SUPERVISORS
- Run quality inspections as a structured walk, scoring each item
- Attach photos to any failed item so the issue is unambiguous
- See who is on site right now, and who has not clocked in
- Track rework until it is signed off

FOR CLIENTS
- Review inspection scores and history for your buildings
- Submit feedback with photos
