About e-Seg: Segurança do Trabalho

The e-Seg App brings workplace safety management to the site, construction site, and industrial plant, connecting your field team in real time to the e-Seg platform. Inspections, work permits, daily safety dialogues (DDS), PPE control, and NR-01 action plans no longer depend on paper, spreadsheets, and rework, but instead take place on your mobile phone — with geolocation, photos, digital signatures, and organized evidence to meet Regulatory Standards (NRs) and your company's audits.

This application is for corporate use, intended for companies that are clients of the e-Seg platform. An active corporate account, provided by your company, is required — there is no public registration through the app.

MAIN MODULES

• Safety Inspections
Complete 7-step workflow — general data, location with GPS and map, dynamic fields according to the type of inspection, photos, attachments, digital signature, and summary. Each inspection is recorded with evidence and exact location.

• Work Permits (PTA)
Issue permits by activity type, including Confined Space (NR-33) — with O₂, LEL, and CO control, supervisors, watchmen, workers, and pre-entry checklist — and Work at Height (NR-35), with lifeline and anchor point. Digital signature, selfie, and photos of the location in a single closing, for all activity permits.

• NR-33 Execution
Monitor the execution of the confined space work permit in the field, with a record of events and actions during the activity.

• DDS — Daily Safety Dialogue
Create the record with participants, photos, attachments, and signatures in minutes. Record observations by audio and receive automatic transcription, without needing to type.

• Work Orders
Track your work orders, with the count of inspections and permits linked to each one.

• PPE Management
Consult the catalog, track each employee's ownership, and resolve signature issues via mobile phone, with digital signature and selfie. Supports delivery, exchange, return, and loss registration.

• PGR — My Actions
Track the items of the action plan (NR-01) under your responsibility and update status, progress, and effectiveness directly from the field.

• QR Code Reader
Scan the QR Code of a location or access point to quickly open the active PET or a draft in progress.

• Notifications
Receive real-time alerts about inspections, permits, and work orders, with direct access to the corresponding record.

• Location and Maps
Mark the exact location of inspections, permits, and DDS with GPS and integrated map.
