About DadGlass
DadGlass is an educational and organisational guide for expecting dads. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not provide medical advice. Always consult a doctor or midwife about the pregnancy. Alcohol should be avoided during pregnancy.
Being the partner in a pregnancy can feel like standing on the sidelines. DadGlass is a pregnancy app built for dads — a week-by-week guide, a dad checklist and a hospital bag list that turn each week into something you can understand and act on.
It works as a pregnancy tracker you will actually open: set the due date once, and every week tells you what is happening, how she may be feeling, and one concrete thing you can do about it.
WHAT'S INSIDE
• Baby's size, week by week — see how big your baby is this week compared to a familiar glass, or to an everyday object like a coffee mug or a set of keys. A different, dad-friendly way to picture something abstract.
• This week for dad — what's happening with the baby, what your partner may be feeling physically and emotionally, and one concrete thing you can do about it.
• Say this, not that — real sentences that help, and the ones that land badly. Copy a message and send it.
• Dad's checklist — 51 practical tasks across the whole pregnancy, sorted by trimester and priority, with reminders you can add to your calendar.
• Appointment co-pilot — questions worth asking, and a place to save what you were told.
• Hospital bag — a genuine, detailed list for her, the baby, you, and the documents, plus what to have ready at home.
• Ask together — conversation starters for the decisions you should make as a team: names, visitors, birth preferences, money, sleep, boundaries.
• Handbook — plain-language guides on labour, the birth plan, postpartum, mental health, plus a glossary of the terms you'll hear at appointments.
• Dad journal — private weekly notes. Small notes now, big memories later. Export them whenever you like.

ABOUT THE GLASS COMPARISONS
The glasses are familiar size references, the same way other apps use fruit or vegetables, and the milestone toasts are meant for whatever is in your glass. On the substance itself DadGlass is not neutral: there is no known safe amount of alcohol in pregnancy, she should avoid it completely, and one of the simplest forms of support the app asks of you is not drinking either while this lasts.
