The Cochabamba branch of the Society of Engineers of Bolivia (SIB) has the mission of associating and representing engineers in all their branches and specialties. Through the coordination, promotion, support and generation of added value to the Departmental SIBs and Specialty Colleges, it seeks to benefit its associates, controlling and defending the exercise of the profession. The SIB Cochabamba is projected as a leading institution and reference in the development of the country, administered with transparency and committed to the strengthening and involvement of departmental institutions and specialty colleges.

Its organizational values ​​include transparency, solidarity, honesty, commitment and responsibility. The Cochabamba subsidiary of the SIB aspires to be a leading part of regional and national development policies, providing the capacity to form teams to analyze technical problems of high social and economic impact, as well as technical guidance in development management policies. It works under high ethical and professional concepts, promoting leadership, democracy, justice, modernity, practicality and dynamism.

The vision of internal and external leadership of the SIB Cochabamba includes participatory, coordinating and national and regional unity leadership, as well as institutional presence at the national and international level with credibility in society.
