North Cypress Fitness and Cypress Fitness 24/7 is your premier, locally-owned, full service “Family” Fitness Center serving Tangipahoa Parish – including Hammond, Ponchatoula, and the surrounding area since 2001. With 3 locations, there is never an excuse to find time for a visit. Our main location is one of the nation’s largest fitness centers with over 75,000 of indoor space and 10 acres of pristine, manicured outdoor facilities including three outdoor pools, Professional Tennis Courts, sports field, and an outdoor nature walking/jogging path.
