Midway Motion & Fitness is a premiere 24/7 facility with a healthy family vibe, welcoming all. A wide selection of classes, included in membership, and the most knowledgeable staff in the business, will support your journey to meet your fitness goals.

Midway Motion and Fitness memberships are straightforward with no initiation, maintenance, or other hidden fees. There are one-, three-, six- and twelve-month memberships or the most popular month-to-month plan that can be easily cancelled with 30 days’ notice in person, by email or phone call. Local owner/manager is on-site most days to ensure a safe, member-centered atmosphere is always maintained.

Members can purchase additional services including one-on-on personal training, small group training, Pilates reformer sessions, consultation and training with a physical therapist (physical wellness, golf performance, injury prevention), and American jujitsu classes.
